Good work/life balance.
Good campus with lots of facilities.
Supporting higher management.
Lots of important things like compensation and recognition depend on teams.
Not a complete development-friendly environment. Lots of side events and jitter sometimes distract from your main focus.
Very slow commit cycle. It takes ages to complete a simple commit cycle. Need to incorporate new development tools and have a more agile approach.
Improve development tools. Why still using tools developed in the 90s? This hinders productivity a lot. Fasten the development process.
