Amazing campus, average work, and not-so-friendly people
One of the leading brands in the IT field.
They pay us really well.
The campus is great.
There's a very helpful HR team.
The perks and facilities are great.
People in the team are not friendly at all.
There is no help or guidance for freshers about the work. (This may be team-specific, as I have heard good opinions about their mentors and managers from my colleagues in other teams.)
The work is not all that exciting when compared to the big brand value it has earned.
Work experience is entirely team-specific, and some teams really lack the people and managers with the required social skills.
