If you want to work at a company that is highly conscious of its employees and the world outside of the company, then work at Cisco.
Good benefits, great culture.
The pay rate is not as high as it could be. I feel the company offers people way less than it should, especially considering how much effort the company puts in and places emphasis on social and ethical responsibility.
