Good work-life balance. You get salary on time.
There are several cons. Where should I start?
Don't go with the "Best place to work" tag.
The project is not that good. Most of them use legacy technology. There are a lot of unnecessary processes to do a simple job. For process-related jobs, they also use legacy tools.
There are a lot of people doing the same kind of job. So, no good practices are being followed. Different people follow different practices.
The build process takes 6-7 hours to complete and requires a manual trigger. So, you can imagine how much precious development time is being lost.
Not much innovation happens here. So, forget about learning new things as per market standards.
Everything depends on your manager. The company doesn't even provide relocation benefits if you are moving to a new state for the job. Everything has to be pre-approved. So, please read your offer letter carefully. While in most companies, this is part of company policy, here it depends on your manager and BU.
Managers are not supportive at all. Even though the company has no strict work-from-office policy, the manager forces you to come to the office. So, I don't know what's going on here. In the orientation, they say, "We don't have any rules," but in reality, it's something else.
There is no growth opportunity.
Think twice before joining this company. It's better to work in a small company rather than working here.
Please listen to actual reviews and start working on it.
