Great work-life balance, good work.
No downsides, great company.
Through a hackathon. The initial stage was a test. The hackathon was held at the office in Bengaluru. They hired interns and gave them a "poo" (likely a typo for "pool" or similar, retaining original for fidelity) of tasks. Its name is Code with Cisc
1- First round: Online Test. 3- Second, Third, Fourth Rounds: Technical Interviews. 1- Fifth Round: HR interview. The questions were medium to hard level. They asked about wireless networks, as my project is focused on that area.
Cisco mainly looks for your knowledge on the networking side and should be good in C/C++ or whichever language you're being interviewed for. Also, you should be good on operating system concepts.
