Through Ideathon, it will be tested. First, you need to register on the portal. After that, your application will be reviewed based on certain criteria. This includes having a Cisco Networking Academy ID and completing at least one Cisco course.

There was an exam initially, and 3 rounds in that; 2 were technical and 1 was HR round. I got selected till the technical 2 round and was rejected before the HR round. Overall, the interview was nice. It helped me to improve a lot. Thank you.
