If you expect Cisco work culture at Scientific Atlanta, you are for a toss.

Managers are biased and present a different picture to top management and other stakeholders, but employees are totally dissatisfied, especially consultants and contractors.

No good work. High-level training on proprietary systems will not be helpful to new employees. Seniors do not co-operate with new joiners.

Treat all employees equally. Do not show discrimination when taking a team out for lunch or activity building.

Do not recruit contractors on other company payroll when you cannot treat them equally to your own team. It feels like second-class handling of contractors.
