A good place to work
Cisco Chennai - Broadsoft was a really good company to work for. Especially after the Cisco acquisition, it should be an excellent place for technology lovers. I remember I had an open learning environment and was able to focus on work-life balance.
The same site leader appears to be continuing his role in the Broadsoft Chennai office. I really doubt if he was selected by poll. He used to behave unfairly with others and was always making a lot of stupid conversations and arguments, frightening employees with his power. I don't know how he is behaving now after the Cisco acquisition. Otherwise, the site's facilities can be improved.
