Very supportive workplace
Not for nothing is Cisco frequently voted the best place to work consistently. It is a great work environment with very supportive teammates and leaders.
If you want fast-paced growth, perhaps this is not the best place (unless you really push yourself to be in the forefront), but for someone like me, it is ideal.
Slower growth, both personal and company's.
