Less pay for engineers till grade 6. Other companies pay a lot more.
Also, your hikes and promotions depend on the team you are in. If you are in BUs like NOSTG, you can expect less hikes and promotions.
Also, it seems that NOSTG India is more of a sustenance-doing team rather than any interesting work.
