Great place to work, wonderful and intelligent people to work with, and very open communication. The work environment is also very laid back.
Sometimes it appears that things are not very meritocratic, as they should be.
It seems the only way to really advance is by simply staying with the company for x amount of years.
There is also a lot of bureaucracy to get anything done, as per usual with any large corporation.
I think the management is doing a great job overall, but I would suggest making the steps and metrics for advancement more clear to employees.
