Great place to work
Great place to work
- Excellent work culture (work from home, flexible timings)
- Good facilities in the office and decent benefits
- Excellent work-life balance
- Good opportunities for growth (depending on your project)
- Very relaxed work environment
- Great technologies to work on (again, depends on the division you are in)
- Compensation is not the best, and salary hikes are very low.
- Decision-making is delayed due to bureaucracy, and the process overhead is very high.
Make processes minimal and communication should be faster to employees.
