Most of the products are outdated, and people waste so much time on innovation, yet hardly do anything new. There is no vision in leadership, and management is bad. Reorgs happen once every year, and your management keeps changing. New management gives special treatment to their old teams, and when you sense that, it is better to leave that place.
All this while you are managing by acquiring new companies. I don't think even that will work going ahead.
