Cisco is a good place to work
Excellent work ethics. Excellent culture. Great attitude of peers and seniors. Good pay. There is no prejudice and shifting of jobs inside Cisco.
Company is too cautious.
Importance is not given to engineering. It's more of an excellent marketing company.
Not very research-oriented.
Take more risks and improve engineering. Taking over companies is not always the solution. Be open to new ventures in the consumer market as well.
