Pros
  1. Work culture is ok.

You have a work-from-home option, so you can work from any part of the country.

  1. Great campus.

  2. Great food court in the campus :)

  3. Good facilities, such as online access to Safari and a Wi-Fi network throughout the campus (you can work from the food court as well), a gymnasium, a tennis court, a basketball court, a cricket pitch, and a volleyball court.

Cons
  1. I have been with Cisco for the past 3 years. Believe me, there has not been even a single Indian Rupee hike. People might be talented here, but their attitude towards others is very bad, especially seniors.

  2. Everyone pretends to be a champion across all platforms and technologies, but most of them know nothing. Most of the people here in India are very rude.

  3. Working from home is a good option, but on the other hand, it's painful because you are expected to work in US West Coast timings and attend late-night meetings.

  4. Too much work pressure for very little salary.

  5. Even though all the sports and gym facilities are present, the work pressure is so much that you never get time to visit any of these sports facilities any time.

  6. When it comes to money, Cisco is really bad as they never give good hikes compared to other companies.

Advice to Management
  1. Please care about your current employees who work day in and out, 365 days a year.
  2. Personal recognition should be given to all employees.
  3. As managers have a system to review engineers, there should be a system where engineers can give feedback about their managers.
