As with any company, direct management and the immediate management chain make all the difference.
My direct manager is awesome. He sticks up for the engineers.
The company is full of smart people.
Good benefits.
Progress can be slow. It moves at big company speed. There are too many management levels. There is no clear direction. Layoffs are an annual occurrence.
