I love working with driven and talented co-workers who are all collaborative.
I hate working on an all-remote team with no clear product direction, and the tech lead couldn't say no to various features that kept being added to the codebase without a good reason. There was no product manager to refer to and no clear ultimate goal. The deadline for product launch kept getting pushed back because of project creep.
