Great name to have on the resume, stability, a lot of resources to grow professionally for those who look (not on the job though in most cases), decent compensation.
I like the HR department.
A lot of interesting people to work with.
The promotion system does not work correctly. Working harder is hardly working.
Too much talk and too little business, but one can call it a "process". Engineering grades do not have anything to do with the individuals' competence.
Check out the "cons". EPM (performance review) system is a pain and I'm not sure a necessary one.
Provide a way for employees to give feedback on their immediate managers.
