Good place to work, nice benefits, and many groups are better than the rest of the company. The bonus is not good.
Managers are not good. They do not treat employees equally. People hire and do not provide opportunity to grow, which is not good.
Be considerate to others. Everyone should be treated equally, and rewards should be given to people who qualify, not based on seniority.
