Managers expect you to meet impossible deadlines, and when the project fails, they put all the blame on you. Promotions and bonuses are only given to managers' friends.
Shut down CCBU and fire the managers. It is filled with people waiting for retirement and only stay on to collect their paycheck every week.

Hiring at Cisco was a smooth process, taking about two weeks from the interview to the offer letter. The HR representative and the Engineering Manager were very proactive in following up and ensuring the candidate could start as quickly as possible.
