Good for work-life balance.
I don't have any cons with Cisco.
Everyone that I spoke with at the company was very friendly. They were looking for people who have strong leadership and communication skills, in addition to tech knowledge. Be ready to talk about anything on your resume, and include projects.
Had a phone call with HR, followed by a pair programming assignment with another person. This was primarily in Java. I then organized another interview afterwards. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, and the process concluded at that point.
Campus Placement A written test is followed by one round of technical discussion and one round of HR discussion. The technical round mostly features project-related questions.
