Cisco relies on e-mail for too much of its communication. This results in people not reading their e-mail, with the subsequent side effects.
Force people to use tools other than e-mail to communicate.
Ban e-mail if necessary.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
