The annual redundancy process makes for a miserable and uncertain workforce. The company answers too much to shareholders.
The company does not know what it wants to be.
Remove the management layers. Far too much politics. If you have to measure ICs/teams, do so based on results and not marketing/visibility/upwards-management.
