Working from the UK, you might have to adapt yourself to US time zones a lot of times.
Cisco believes in letting teams be split even by 8 hours.
I had my team working all from the West in SF to the East, including France. That's quite a lot of time zones to account for.
Makes late evenings quite a frequent event (past 6 PM, never more than 7:30 PM).
Management is great. Nothing more to say, really.

There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
