A relaxed work environment most of the time.
You will be surprised how cheap Cisco can be. They make you buy your own equipment/tools and say the money you spent is on your bonus check. If you fall into a team that is supervised by someone who is nepotistic and biased, good luck. You may think Cisco is a professional company, but based on your team, it might be better to work for a slimy consulting company than Cisco. I never could imagine Cisco would be that cheap. They also recently laid off many people.
Eliminate some of the bias and nepotistic, slimy managers in the company.
