Pros

Executives do a good job of fiscally managing the company.

Nice campus with an on-site gym, cafeterias, and coffee shop.

  • Free drinks for employees
  • Relaxed dress code
  • Flexible work schedule

If you look hard enough, you can find some interesting projects to work on.

Cons

No salary increases in the last several years. Entire sites were skipped over even as other sites did get raises.

Overuse of the words "collaboration" and "innovation" by management. Just because the words are spoken, that alone doesn't make it happen.

Large corporate environment, lots of politics, process, and lack of communication.

Lots of jobs heading to India and China.

Advice to Management

Hearing about the raises that the other sites got, while being told that you won't be getting one because you're "over-compensated," has a very bad affect on morale.
