Great work culture, good interview experience, ambience, and friendly.
No much cons as specified.
Phone interview, then two technical phone interviews. These were supposed to be 45 minutes each, but the second interview went on for more than 2 hours. Three rounds of onsite interviews, each an hour long. Then three more rounds of final interviews
The interview process is lengthy, and most of the time, they stick to the basics. The basics of networking are what most people check.
I met a Cisco representative at a university career fair. I was able to land an interview within one week at campus. The interviewer was very respectful and offered help if I was stuck.
