Very intelligent people work in the DCSTG. There's a lot to learn from working with them.
The employee body is not very diverse. I found it more difficult to find friends than I have elsewhere.
The workplace isn't especially exciting or interesting. The cubes have high walls, muted colors, and hospital lights.
Compensation isn't as good for comparable positions elsewhere.
Reduce the height of the cube walls so you can see people while you're working. Switch to warmer fluorescent lights (those must exist).
