Many people at Cisco (most of my colleagues) talk negatively about Cisco while working there. You will know how good Cisco is/was only after you leave it and go to another networking company.
- For a fresh grad, the learning curve is very steep.
- It takes a while to get adjusted to the work environment.
- There is constant hiring and firing.
Treat the employees well.
