Good benefits and work-life balance. The telecommuting option is very helpful. Projects are usually interesting, and there is good growth potential.
Projects can be slow-moving and seem to be never-ending sometimes. Layoffs impact employee morale and cause stress and dead zones within teams.
Management should engage 1-on-1 with employees more and better assess employee performance.
