None. There were no perks at all. Dental and medical insurance? Vision? Not worth it.
They pay you very little for the amount of work you do. They expect you to work at night to deal with night meetings.
My manager met with me maybe 4 times in a year. He was very little involved and didn’t really care to help me with guidance. Then he moved up; a senior engineer became a manager, and he has 0 people skills. Made me cry multiple times. Extremely toxic.
Don’t hire someone already on the team to be a manager who had multiple complaints against him for how mean he was.
