Excellent work-life balance culture. Lots of opportunity to move up and move to other teams. Base pay is a little low, but the benefits are great. They also value mental health a great deal and give us plenty of "me" days to recharge and rest.
Sometimes it can lack consistency as far as workload. There's a lot of downtime or very busy times, but that just might be the nature of the job. No RSUs.
Provide RSUs and a better base salary to attract more new/grad entry-level roles. The total compensation is not very competitive compared to other similar companies.
