Phone screen with 1 or 2 coding questions (easy-medium, usually). Then virtual onsite with: * 1-2 rounds of coding * 1 round talking to the hiring manager * 1-2 rounds of knowledge base interviews
Recruiter Call - initial screening round OA round - had 2 LeetCode medium/easy level questions Behavioral round - with a manager Technical round - had 2 coding questions with an engineer
I applied for the interview through university recruiting. Cisco invited me to an interview. The entire interview was behavioral, and at the end, I was told that this would be the final interview. I was quite shocked there was no technical component
