The manager(s) do not know what the requirements of a job are, interview, and offer positions that do not match what must be done at the job.

A total chaos of processes and workflows, very disorganized documentation, fragmented.

Too many politicians and no actions to correct evident errors.

A lot of time lost in meetings that are not important or relevant to the job.

The manager doesn't make follow-up and doesn't know how to assign tasks because they are not aware of what to do.

For more than 3 months, there was never a possibility to get a working place, resources, and a real assignment.

It was a waste of time.

Educate themselves in effective management. Minimize meeting time. Assign and balance work and tasks to the team. Respect and follow up on meetings.
