Many different aspects of the company. If you are able to move around, you can work on many different cool projects.
I think Cisco is one of the strongest companies and will always remain a backbone of the technology sector. Any company requires IT infrastructure, something Cisco has a "monopoly" in.
Cisco is too big. Often times, you will not know what's going on in other parts of the company. From what I saw, I think it's hard to move up the ladder because people have been there for so long.
