I applied for the interview through university recruiting. Cisco invited me to an interview. The entire interview was behavioral, and at the end, I was told that this would be the final interview. I was quite shocked there was no technical component
First, there was a phone interview, then they called for an on-site interview. Total of 4 rounds. Each round involved one person, with mostly technical questions. There were a few questions about network topologies, previous work, and programming.
I was directly called for an onsite interview. Couple of guys asked programming questions on the board. They were usually hard questions. The interviewers were friendly guys from different nations. The whole process took about 2 hours.
