Nothing really. Little work/pressure ratio.
Little learning. You get to choose your projects.
Applied through LinkedIn. HR contacted me and scheduled an interview. The first telephonic interview went well, and I was asked for a face-to-face interview.
Got an email from recruiter. Assessment test. 5 rounds of interview (first with hiring manager and then with two team members). They were prompt with feedback and scheduling. I was asked a lot of technical questions.
Phone interview: - Basic data structures - Computer science fundamental questions Onsite (4 rounds): - 3 technical rounds (coding/design, fairly simple) - 1 round with the hiring manager (more behavioral questions)
