People are nice, and it is really hard to find a bad manager.

Very long career oriented, they have a lot of different positions you can move to or from.

Too many boring steps to build features or products, which is why they acquire other companies.
A lot of the products are in a maintenance state, so you end up working on bugs most of the time.
They promote once every 3-4 years but only increase salary by 3%.
Please increase the percentage once you get promoted. 3% is very low for all the hard work employees put in to get promoted.
