Good company, but too much of an unnecessary management stack
Good work-life balance. Decent salary.
Some teams are on a low budget, so there's no increment on base salary every year. Many people are leaving the company, killing the knowledge base of the product and scaring the existing employees.
Please give a hike every year for at least grades 6-10 engineers.
