The management team does not know how to take care of the engineering department; therefore, they are not able to execute the strategy and business plan properly. As a result, everybody works hard, and the company goes downwards.
If you think you can find another management job outside Cisco, please go ahead and do it. Otherwise, please do a good job at Cisco!
