You don't learn anything. If this is your entry-level job, get out of there fast.
Horrible managers that are incompetent. Brown-nosing or flirting will get you in the high ranks.
No diversity. Nosy people are always staring and being inappropriate (to females).
Layoffs happen so often.
Help entry-level/new grads actually learn something. Keep the females away from creepy bosses.
