Pros

Working hours are flexible, and you can work from home. You get 20 days of PTO. There is good work-life balance. There are opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects that require different skills.

Cons

Overall salary and package is not competitive.

The company is struggling for growth, with a lot of layoffs in the past few years.

People who get laid off are not necessarily incompetent, but it's more about how strong their relationships are.
