Working from home can make it flexible.
Good facilities and benefits.
I won't recommend Cisco if you are on H1B. They will keep doing layoffs and they will be unable to file your PERM.
Pay is not so great.
- Small or non-existent pay raises
Poach some executives from the newer and cooler web companies to be better at making software.
Cisco is still mostly a hardware company.
