I have a great relationship with my manager, so my time here is amazing.
Team works like a startup, so there's plenty to do.
Manager encourages flexible hours, as long as you get the job done.
Not always working on the sexiest products. Internal promotions are hard to get approved, even if you're a top performer. Compensation is a little on the lower end. Lots of politics above manager level in my org.
