Good insurance and perks available.
My team is not flexible on work hours. The salary is not competitive and not great at all if compared with the cost of living. Managers have room to improve. It does not feel like a Silicon Valley company. It offers advantages of a startup but no benefits. Layoffs are brutal.
Better manager, and clear goals (no fillers like goals from some PowerPoint).
