It's a good job with good benefits and for a big company - relatively low BS.
It's not as fun as a smaller company or startup.
They don't practice what they preach – "work from anywhere in the world." You can work from anywhere in the world – as long as it's San Jose.
The caliber of employees has gone down steadily.
Senior management and Directors are well taken care of, while the people who actually do the work are not.
Wake up and quit drinking the Kool-Aid. Get real. Don't think you're fooling anyone; some of us are a lot smarter than you think.
