Cons

Doesn't care about innovation. People are resources and are disposable. Efficiency doesn't matter. Software engineering best practices are ignored. Suggestions and feedback are ignored.

Internal tools suck. The internal website is unusable. There are frequent layoffs. They are outsourcing as much work as possible.

Speed over quality is their mantra. Seniority is the only thing that matters, not ability or being right.

Advice to Management

Send a poll to all employees asking what their career goals are or what they feel is their most valuable skill.

Then send a poll to every manager asking them to describe what they feel each of their employees' career goals are and what their most valuable skill is.

You'll get an idea of what managers care about their employees and which are just climbing over them to get up the ladder.
