There are a lot of benefits in Cisco, like the additional health insurance you can have, not only for you but also for your kids and wife.
There is money for home office hardware and tools, and everything needed to complete your job without thinking about whether you may need something.
There are diverse teams with great attitudes and skills from which you can learn a lot.
And last but not least, the work-life balance is great.
I don’t think there are any.
