Great company that cares about its employees
I used to work for a startup which Cisco swallowed up via acquisition. I worked with very smart people, had great benefits, and I really enjoyed what I did.
Cisco Systems is a huge company. Having originally come from a startup, I felt that I could no longer make a significant impact on the company.
