Good work-life balance. Good culture. Decent salary. Decent benefits. HR and other services are good. Able to pay and have good enough liquidity in hand.
Too much work, not enough control, and less challenging work. You need to say 'no' otherwise you may be taken for granted. You cannot learn much in the job, or you need to take initiative to get involved more and more, which may disturb your work-life balance. Promotion and performance are all played.
Get some very good work to India.
